Montana Tea and Spice Gourmet Tea

“We began blending our teas on May Day 1972 with a concept of what teas could be that seemed different, by far, from what was currently offered.

We believed that they could be emotive; mingling perceptions that are both old and new, familiar and yet delightfully strange; exciting with a promise of romance in life instead of mere existence; teas as complex as good wine, yet simple as a day in May.

DIRECTIONS: HOT TEA Pour boiling water over a teaspoon of tea (or a tea bag); steep 4-6 minutes. Strain loose tea or use a teaball. ICED TEA Pour 2 cups of water over 4 teaspoons of tea (or 4 tea bags); steep 4-6 minutes. Strain (or remove tea bags), add 2 cups cold water and chill. SUN TEA Add

8-10 teaspoons (or 8-10 tea bags) to a gallon of fresh water.

Cover, put in the sun for the day. Strain (or remove the bags) chill and serve...ENJOY!”
